1. General Overview

At Glance Five (a unit of SP WORLD INFOCOM), we are committed to providing exceptional services in Performance Marketing, E-Commerce Development, Catalog Engineering, and Amazon Marketing Services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to cancel or request a refund. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Performance Marketing & Retainers

Cancellation Before Commencement: If you wish to cancel the Performance Marketing service before the commencement of any work, you may do so with a full refund of any upfront payments made.
Cancellation After Commencement: If the service has already commenced, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation. However, if the work has been substantially completed, no refund will be provided. Monthly retainers require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.

2.2 Catalog Engineering & Design

Cancellation Before Approval: You may cancel the service before the design or catalog structure is approved. A partial refund will be provided, deducting any costs incurred for the initial consultation, research, and preliminary design work.
Cancellation After Approval: Once the design is approved and development has started, no refunds will be provided. However, we may consider a partial refund based on the work completed, at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Any initial deposits paid for specialized creative services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2.3 Amazon & Marketplace Services

Cancellation Before Campaign Launch: You can cancel the service before the campaign launch with a full refund of any upfront payments made.
Cancellation After Campaign Launch: If the advertising campaign has already been launched, no refunds will be provided. However, you may cancel the service at any time (subject to notice periods), and we will cease all activities and reporting for that campaign moving forward.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Requests

All refund requests must be made in writing to our billing support team within 30 days of the initial payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

3.2 Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if there is a fundamental failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services, as explicitly outlined in the contract. No refunds will be provided for any work that has already been completed or delivered, except under exceptional circumstances.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable: third-party advertising spend (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads), domain or hosting services, software licenses, and any other services explicitly marked as non-refundable in your specific service agreement.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any billing discrepancies or disputes regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. Unwarranted chargebacks filed with your bank or payment provider may delay the resolution process and could result in additional penalty fees.

5. Policy Changes

Glance Five reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will always be available on our website.
